Arcos Gardens is located on the outskirts of Arcos de la Frontera in the province of Cadiz, which is the start of the famous “Pueblos Blancos” (White Villages) route. Surrounded by a vast array of traditions, cultures and experiences, the villages of Ubrique (famous for its leather production), Ronda (home to the oldest bullring in Spain) and Grazalema (a stunning mountain village) are all fine examples of traditional Andalucian Spain. The city of Jerez de la Frontera with an International airport situated only 20 minutes away, is justifiably famous for its sherry production, and offers a variety of wineries and underground cellars where you will taste some of the finest wines of the world. The spectacular city of Seville is an hour away and offers traditional boutiques, a wide selection of foods and wines that are specialities of the region, and of course the famous “Sevillana” dancing, a local variation of Flamenco.
In keeping with their philosophy of protecting our natural Andalucian environment, over 2,000 olive trees have been replanted during the development of the golf course. All of the golf property at Arcos Gardens in Andalucia within the resort will be built to the highest quality specifications throughout. In addition, the construction of a state-of-the art water treatment plant, will ensure that all water used on the golf course is continuously recycled, ensuring very little impact on the environment.
The accommodation is a combination of a complex of luxury townhouses and a beautifully refurbished Cortijo “farmhouse” which together offer 44 rooms and house suites. Refurbished in 2006, this traditional square shaped building has a cobbled courtyard centre with its very own orange tree and has nine very individual rooms, decorated to suit its period. Each room has hot and cold air conditioning, flat screen TV and mini bar. Accommodation in this traditional Cortijo is offered in a bed and breakfast style with breakfast being served in our impressive new clubhouse overlooking the 9th green.

The Fairway Gardens luxury townhouses are located close to the Cortijo and the clubhouse, between the first and ninth holes of the golf course. Each house comprises of two bedrooms, both en-suite with under floor heating, a large lounge with flat screen TV, dining room and a fully fitted kitchen. All the houses are completely air conditioned and have terraces that give views onto the golf course. Each house has plenty of space and is furnished to give the highest level of comfort, so whether you are a group of 4, a family or just a couple, Fairway Gardens will give you the luxury you are looking for. For those warm days, two outdoor swimming pools are available for your enjoyment (both with special gated children’s swimming pools).
The larger of the two is situated in the Fairways Gardens complex and the other in the grounds of the Cortijo. Here you will also find lots of little peaceful places for those who want to just switch off and bury their head in a good book under the shade of an olive tree.
Staying at Arcos Gardens is all about relaxation and peace, so after a good round of golf, you can sit back and enjoy a glass of wine and reminisce what the score may have been if those putts would have just dropped!!
